A major challenge was balancing the complexity of the psychometric analysis tool with the user experience. The goal was to create a platform that was both intuitive and informative while ensuring a seamless experience for both employers and candidates. I focused on reducing cognitive load by simplifying the onboarding and questionnaire process, while also ensuring that the data collected was clear and actionable. I also learned how important it is to incorporate feedback early and often, especially when working with such specific user flows in mind.
